potato wedges with garlic salt & paprika

so honestly this is the easiest, laziest recipe ever. i’m refraining from buying groceries until the end of the weekend since i’ll be out of town for most of it. anyway, i found a potato in the bottom of my vegetable drawer & this was its fate: a simple, easy post-yoga snack.

-1 idaho potato, sliced into 1 x 4 inch wedges
-olive oil
-paprika to taste
-garlic salt to taste
-pepper to taste

1) preheat oven to 425 degrees & grease a baking sheet.
2) arrange wedges in a single layer on baking sheet & spray with olive oil.
3) sprinkle generously with paprika, garlic salt & pepper.
4) roast for about 30 minutes — potatoes should be starting to brown.

*makes 2 servings.
